Submersible - defined as:
A small underwater vessel.
A small submarine that is able to reach the depths of the ocean or that is able to probe inside places that are too small for ordinary vessels.
A submarine vehicle used in oceanographic studies.
A type of underwater vessel with limited mobility, intended to remain in one place during use. Submersibles are typically transported to their area of operation by surface ships or large submarines.
